I swear, gun to my head, last meal on Earth, it just might be BUN DAC BIET 😋 😍 I tried this one day bc only a psychopath eats a big bowl of hot pho in the summer, life was never the same, be sure to give it a try if you like Vietnamese food. I always get the herbs that come with pho to up the flavor and spice game even more, don't forget that chili oil and lime squeeze either, crucial.

Not fancy but delightful atmosphere. Of course I was there when they'd just opened. Menu offered some familiar options. I opted for the summer roll which sounded like a standard egg roll but was so much more. The flavor of my fried Ramen with tofu was mild but exotic with cilantro, lime and some crunch from bean sprouts and carrots. The Sriracha and Soy sauces on the table let me bring it up a bit more. I'll definitely be back. Waitress was sweet and so pleasant too.

Used to love this place , unfortunately they have cut corners , changed recipe or something it's just not as good as it was . Waitress is nice but very quiet and hard to communicate with plus prices have went up as they have everywhere . $ 17.00 for one person at lunch is a little high in my opinion plus the food isn't as good

Excellent food that is worth the drive into Gray, TN. I really enjoyed the pho bowl and spring rolls. Service is a little slow but it was busy. I will be going back to try one of the sandwiches.

Everywhere I go, I look for the best Pho. (unintentional rhyme) and pretttyyy sure I found it in the Johnson City area. I always always try the Pho and fresh spring rolls at any Vietnamese place to Guage and let me say, the broth is SOO good. And the peanut sauce served with the spring rolls is soo smooth and perfectly flavored I could drink it up. It tastes like it was made from scratch. 10000% reccomend this place.

A gem of a restaurant- my new favorite in the area. Very quick and attentive service and delicious food! I love that they have a vegetarian/vegan section on their menu. And lovely boba tea ❤️ The restaurant itself is very cute and cozy. We got banh mi, pan fried ramen, and tofu pho. Can’t wait to try the rest of their menu!

Thoroughly enjoyed my pho and husband enjoyed his Bun cha gio thitnuong. The only thing I wish is for bigger portions 😭 Flavor was deep and savory. The thai tea was also nice and sweet which hit the spot. Waitress even brought water cups for the babies which was a nice touch. Will definitely need to go back and try more of their menu.
